Started January 2016, working for the Performance Coatings division.

Managing the CRM landscape, bringing changes and improvements, troubleshooting and fixes and providing user support. Working together with technical application managers, solution architects, business management and supported by Accenture and Microsoft Premier support.

Highlight is managing the upgrade from version 2013 to 2016, with emphasis on updating incompatible legacy functionality and working with CapGemini in bringing new functionality and onboarding a large audience of new users (from 1.500 to the current 5.000 users).
